Refunds are accepted on all products (unopened items only) within 14 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, open items and or products will not be accepted for return. Your funds will be refunded by your initial payment method within 5 working days of your refund being accepted.
If a course of treatments is purchased a refund will be available if the course has not yet commenced. If you are part way through a course of treatments, a refund will not be available for the remainder of your course, this is due to the large discounts that is provided when a course of treatments is purchased.
